These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.blingbyviya.com and orders placed with Bling By Viya, the luxury fine and fashion jewellery house of Viya Clothing.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms together with our Shipping, Refund & Exchange, and Privacy Policies.

Bling By Viya offers premium fashion and fine jewellery. We present high-resolution photography and detailed product specifications for each piece.

Because pieces feature artisan hand-finishing, natural stones, and hand-applied enamel, minor artisanal nuances in finish or color calibration across different computer displays are inherent to fine craftsmanship.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST taxes. Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed transparently before payment at checkout.

Payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Razorpay) supporting credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Full payment confirmation is required before order dispatch.

Your order is officially placed upon successful payment receipt, and an automated order confirmation is issued via email and SMS.

In the rare event that a piece becomes unavailable following order placement due to inventory discrepancies, our customer care team will promptly notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Private viewings and bespoke jewellery styling consultations are scheduled via Cal.com. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please use the management link provided in your confirmation email.

All designs, logos, photography, trademarks, brand marks, and editorial copy on www.blingbyviya.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Viya Clothing and Bling By Viya. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.
